Being alone gives us the chance to connect with aspects of ourselves that the everyday grind prevents us from being the best version of our true self.

To truly heal, we may also need to distance ourselves from the toxic people. Even loved ones who are not good for us will push back against us during this healing process of being alone. That's ok. It's part of the healing process!

In this episode, I talk about respecting our boundaries and avoiding communication with those who do not serve us.
