**Episode Title: How to Love Yourself by Connecting with Your Inner Child**
In today’s episode, we’re exploring how to nurture self-love by reconnecting with your inner child. Many of us carry emotional wounds or limiting beliefs from childhood, but healing starts with compassion and understanding. Your inner child is that part of you that needs love, validation, and care. To start, try speaking kindly to yourself as you would to a young child. Acknowledge your fears, celebrate your joys, and allow yourself to feel freely without judgment. By honoring your inner child, you can release old patterns and cultivate a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Remember, self-love is a journey, and it begins with treating yourself like you would someone you deeply care about—because you are worthy of that love.
Tune in for more tips on embracing your true self and healing from the inside out.

Being authentic and working hard doesn't help you get ahead in todays job market. The workforce has completely changed for the worse! Empaths possess a unique gift of deep emotional understanding, allowing them to connect with others on a profound level. However, this sensitivity can also be a double-edged sword, especially in the workplace. It’s essential for empaths to set boundaries and prioritize self-care to prevent burnout. Learning to distinguish between their feelings and those of others can help maintain emotional balance.I reveal the shady tactics behind questionable recruiting practices and fake job listings. In this episode, I also discuss the importance of having a backup plan and the option to walk away from a job if your mental health is being compromised. If you’re an empath, this is one episode you won’t want to miss!

In this episode of "Shadow Wealth," we delve into the dark side of money. We'll explore how the pursuit of wealth can lead to greed, corruption, and personal downfall. As empaths, we may falsely believe that money and success bring happiness, but society's illusion that more equals happiness is far from the truth. There is nothing wrong making tons of money and creating wealth. We should all strive for excellence! However ask yourself what will you do with it to make the world a better place? Some empath's may chase money all their lives only to find out that's not the answer. We are trying to get validation from those that will leave us soon as we lose our wealth.
Join us as we uncover the true meaning of wealth and living a life with purpose. Remember we are much more than a job title or how much money you have in your bank account.
