The On-Call EmpathEpisode: Are You Living or Existing?
🎙️ "Welcome back to The On-Call Empath Epi. 279! Today, I want to ask you something real—are you truly living, or just existing?
Too many of us wake up, go to work, come home, scroll through our phones, and repeat. But is that really living? Living means feeling alive, finding joy in the small moments, and stepping outside our comfort zones. Existing? That’s just going through the motions, waiting for ‘someday’ to finally feel happy.
If you’re stuck in survival mode, I get it. But what if you gave yourself permission to dream again? To take one small step toward something that excites you? Life isn’t meant to be a checklist—it’s meant to be felt.
So ask yourself: What’s one thing you can do today to break the cycle and start truly living? Let’s talk about it. Stay tuned."* 🎙️🔥
