Today I sit down with Ryan Carnohan.

I've been more stressed, more reactive, more passive, and less intentional with how I want to show up. 

Lately I have been getting back onto my morning routine, and the impact has been immediate and incredible. 

In today's episode I share the 5 steps to my morning routine - and hope that you can pull a golden nugget out that you can use. 

Regardless of whether my morning routine works for you, you NEED to have one. 

Adopt something that is sustainable, and make sure you get it in everyday. 

Your family can't drink from an empty cup - so make sure you are pouring into yourself first, and then go pour into your family.
