Being a fan of "Scream," in most cases, means being a fan of Wes Craven. The master of horror, Craven became a household name when he created Freddy Kruger in "A Nightmare on Elm Street" in 1984. While Freddy Kruger may be one of the most iconic villains in horror film history, Craven's greatest work most probably occurred in his telling of Sidney Prescott's story in the four "Scream" films.
