Our guest today is a Jacksonville rapper named Foolio. Over the last few years, he's been notorious for his many beefs and feuds within his hometown but within the last year, his viral diss song remixing Fantasia's 'When I See You' has given him additional notoriety and also cemented him as one of the most disrespectful rappers today in hip hop. We talk about some of the trauma in his life coming up while trying to rap. He talks about how he was shot while getting off the bus because he was beefing with someone else who was killed the same day. He talks about his mothers house being shot up and also his reaction when he heard the song 'Who I Smoke' by Yungeen Ace and crew. He details how he began to put together his response song which ultimately was called 'When I See U'.
