In the early Spring of 1981, in a small coal mining town in southwest Virginia, a 19 year old woman was found in her home brutally murdered. The police quickly honed in on a suspect with close ties to the victim after years of progressive disturbing behaviors and acts he committed through the area, terrorizing the small community.
