Welcome to the first episode of the "Not Ready For Primetime Podcast". HitFix's Ryan McGee and The Huffington Post's Mike Ryan have been part of an ever-smaller number of writers discussing "Saturday Night Live" on a weekly basis. So they decided to combine efforts and podcast each Sunday morning after a new episode of "SNL" to compare notes, flesh out our thoughts, and possibly make lots of references to Paul Thomas Anderson movies.

And thus we proudly introduce this series by discussing the 38th season premiere, featuring host Seth MacFarlane and musical guest Frank Ocean.
