You’ve seen her behind the mixing board working with bands such as Front Line Assembly, Corrosion of Conformity, Blood Incantation, and Agalloch.  She’s toured with Alice Cooper and Judas Priest.  She consistently makes your concert experiences sound better and you should thank her for it.  She gives the craft the respect it deserves, and furthers the craft itself with her care, precision, and attitude.  You should thank her for that too.  Sarah Woods is a world class audio engineer who has been making waves in the audio world lately.  From killing it at FOH in small venues, to large arenas and huge festivals, to small mixing desks in the forest, Sarah has skills rarely seen, an unbelievable ear, and a passion for the craft that makes her stand out from the apathetic over-worked cliche’ soundperson.  

Sarah has a fascinating story.  Starting as a music-lover and musician herself, to finding her feet as an audio engineer working for places like ESPN, and now touring the world with her favorite bands, Sarah seems to have it all.  We discuss the joys and hardships of living off of music, the pleasures of touring, and what it’s like to live your dream.  Join us.
