The bracket is out, the NCAA Tournament is here, and the podcast is all set for the most wonderful time of the year! Tom Canterbury and Gray Robertson return to discuss everything you need to know about Alabama, the SEC, and much more. Here's your trip around the bases: 

At the Plate (0:00-29:30): Tom and Gray take a look at the bracket and discuss some of the new criteria used for the Top 16 seeds and the inconsistencies seeding threes and fours in a few regionals. Then, the guys dive into the Tuscaloosa Regional featuring Alabama, Virginia Tech, Belmont, and Jackson State.

Advancing to First (29:38-45:36): The guys do a deep dive into the left side of the bracket, including regionals in College Station, Eugene, Los Angeles, Columbia, Tallahassee, Lubbock, Tucson, and Fayetteville.

Stealing Second (45:45-1:05:41): The guys flip to the right side of the bracket and discuss the regionals in Gainesville, Durham, Clemson, Austin, Knoxville, Baton Rouge, Tuscaloosa, and Norman.

Rounding Third (1:05:49-1:41:09): Tom and Gray make predictions for every Regional, potential Super Regional, and discuss their initial eight choices for the 2025 WCWS.

Heading Home (1:41:18-2:26:54): To close the show, the guys present an in-depth “Off the Wall” that addresses “the casuals,” seeding conspiracy theories, social media pitching coaches, and more. Finally, “Tom’s Hungry” makes a triumphant return after an epic SEC Tournament and a meal at a Hall of Fame spot.
