I'm sure you've heard the term 'new year, new you', right?

It implies that the beginning of a new year is a chance to better ourselves and/or our situation.

Except that's not usually what happens, is it?

Instead we set some intentions and maybe even make some changes for a while, but nothing ends up changing long-term.

So in today's episode I'm giving you just *two* things to focus on right now as we move into a new year.

Two things that if you are intentional about them will go a LONG way towards getting you closer to the positive
