Happy Monday, Thieves! We're back at it again today with a whip-smart upstart brewer from Pennsylvania named Joe Percoco. Perhaps you've  heard of his nomadic brewery, Søle Artisan Ales? Maybe you've even tried some of their cans? We sat down with Joe for a show recently and man is he one knowledgeable young brewer. Killing it. He'll be opening a new brick-and-mortar brewery soon.
