On this episode of the podcast we are joined by Gary Brewer. Gary is a powerlifter, a powerlifting coach as well as a national referee for the USPA. In today's episode we dive in to how Gary got started powerlifting and how he got to deadlifting over 750lbs. We also discuss his coaching philosophy and specifically go into "meet day" mentality.
