This week, Alex is on a new year health kick. And by the way, it’s called hot yoga because the guys take their tops off!

Alex is also going to be reeling off what she’s manifesting for herself this year. It’s a sort of hot girl resolution list containing totally sane goals such as moving to LA, small dogs, and “only binge drinking”…
