The first stop on this month-long journey is the Middle East, or rather, the Greater Middle East, beginning with an upright hairy hominid tale from Mr. Shell. Did somebody say, “On brand”? Or perhaps they said “Barmanu”? Either way, this trip across Afghanistan and Pakistan in the footsteps of a departed Spanish cryptozoologist truly does involve boobies.

Jake then defies expectation by NOT talking about ghuls/ghouls – and then 1000% meets expectation by trawling Reddit. Djinn, or jinn, are a nifty thing, turns out! And Geico commercials are annoying.
