Ranulf Green, Runwithalli® Coached Athlete, 1:26 Half Marathon Runner, 17:34 5K Runner, Husband, and Father Joins Me For A Chat On How To Train To Run Smarter & Faster!
Ranulf was a 400-meter athlete in track & field, took a hiatus from running to do all of the husband, life, and dad duties, and returned to the sport! Since then, he's seen some significant feats with me, including: running a 5:11 mile indoors last winter and a 5:04 mile at the 5th Ave Mile last September. Not long after the winter mile, Ranulf ran a 6:50 pace for a 10K (42:27 in June 2022). He was a 1:42 half marathoner (7:49 PACE) at the UA half in March 2022 to a transformed 1:26 half marathoner (6:38 PACE) at the Newport Liberty half on 9/24/22. He is currently on a break from training due to taking some time to mentally and physically return from a minor setback and regroup before tackling the marathon distance and chasing a sub-3-hour marathon!
