This week on Stockwhips and Lattes we chat with 26-year-old hill manager at Glenaray Station, Erica Sharp. At age 17 Erica left her North Island home and moved south to study Dairy Farming at Telford. Fast forward a few years and she is now a stock manager of a substantial sheep and beef station and qualified for this year's NZ Sheep Dog Trails. 

She's a weapon of a women and has some great advice for other aspiring rural professionals.
