2) Based upon the ADA interim guidance, we know that surgical masks only provide moderate protection. N95's are the standard. Is this essentially a situation where we just "do the best we can" and realize that there is a risk? How do we limit the liability that comes with this risk? Does this redefine standard of care based upon your locale?

3) Do we need to provide consent forms to our patients? What about our staff?

4) In the absence of clear recommendations from the government agencies such as state boards, departments of heath, and governors, is standard of care based upon "use your best judgement"?
