Local lad done good, Neil Roberts returns to the show to discuss his appearance in #WelcomeToWrexham 

He elaborates on the guilt he's carried around with him at being the captain of the #wxmafc side that was relegated from the Football League in 2008, and the long-term effect the fallout of it had on him.

Robbo also gave his thoughts on Cymru and why Robert Page needs to seriously consider handing Paul Mullin his first cap in Wednesday's friendly vs Gibraltar at the Cae Ras.

Dan Rowe from Andy's Man Club also joined us to discuss mental health, both in football and outside of it ahead of #WorldMentalHealthDay2023 on Tuesday.
