He got his start down in San Diego, smoking weed with his friends at a young age and building a connection to the plant early on. College brought its own set of challenges—he spent those years on probation—but it didn’t knock him off course. After school, he moved up to Redding with his partner and started growing cannabis indoors. That’s where things really took off.

Since 2017, Rob’s been leading the charge at Ember Valley, one of California’s most respected cannabis brands. Known for high-quality flower, Ember Valley has built a reputation that speaks for itself—and Rob’s been at the center of it the whole way.

During his journey , he’s faced some serious health battles, including a long fight with lupus. He turned to stem cell therapy, did the work, and made a full recovery. Now he’s back in the garden, fully active, and more focused than ever.

This episode is about resilience, legacy, and staying true to the plant through it all. Big respect to Rob for his contributions to the game!
