In today’s episode in The Fierce As Fuck podcast, we are going to discuss the emotional rollercoaster that is launching because let's face it: it's a giant fucking shit show  

 

I was an emotional wreck last week. Launching can be ridiculously stressful and although I made a promise to myself not to be checking my phone every five seconds, I still did. I really wanted to feel high vibe on this launch. I want to succeed so badly, but in the end, I manifested my worst fear: not succeeding at a launch.

 

At times when all these emotions with launches occur, we start doubting our capabilities and even our worth.
