In 2015 Denise Huskins and her boyfriend Aaron were woken up in the middle of the night to intruders declaring a robbery. Denise was kidnapped and held for 2 days, which ended when the kidnappers returned her unharmed. This horrific ordeal would be later be labelled a hoax by the Vallejo Police Department.
