Kerry Davis is a lifelong athlete, a Mental Performance Coach, and a Yoga Teacher. She was a Division I college gymnast, a martial artist, and is a current masters athlete in the sport of Weightlifting. Kerry loves helping athletes perform at their best and feel good doing it. She believes in the power of mindfulness, self-compassion, and gratitude in managing the pressure and stress of being an athlete.

Kerry earned a Master of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport Psychology and is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. She is working towards a second graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is pursuing the Certified Mental Performance Consultant credential through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
