This episode features Washington & Lee Head Coach Nathan Shearer. Coach Shearer is entering his 10th season with the Generals and has helped transform the W&L into a competitive program, both regionally and nationally. W&L is coming off its best season in school history which had many highlights including the programs first Conference Championship in 41 years.  We discuss the start of Coach Shearer's coaching career, why he made the move to Washington and Lee, the early days at W&L, the impact of Ron Tassoni, and W&L's new athletic facility updates.
