JWU won the NCAA team title in 2025 after taking 4th in 2024. He has been named Regional Assistant Coach of the Year sic times (2004, 2007, 2014, 2017, 2019, 2025) and also received the 2017, 2019, 2025 National Assistant Coach of the Year honor.
