In this episode i sit down and chat to Cliff Barnes AWCF. Cliff was the Chairman of the Farriery Apprenticeship Steering Group set up to produce the new Trailblazer Farriery Apprenticeship Standard.

This was some task and took from its formation in 2014 to its roll out in March 2019. As an educator I personally think that although some changes have been made to the way we train future farriers, that this process has been a step in the right direction and has future proofed UK farriery training for the next generation.
