The Cruiserweights steal the show again with Shane Helms facing off against Elix Skipper and The Panel is treated to another first round matchup in the WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Championship tournament. And apparently the graphics editor for WCW quiet quits when asked to make match graphics for tonight's big matches.
