As Wrestlemania draws closer and the Battle of the Billionaires heats up, Superstars brand hopping all over the place. Tonight, Randy Orton faces the ECW World Heavyweight Champion Bobby Lashley after Edge volunteers Orton to get on Mr. McMahon's good side. In a preview of an ECW showcase at ECW, a Battle Royal takes place between the ECW Originals and the New Breed. Mick Foley returns to his extreme roots to promote his book but also to put over his former ECW cohorts.

In another Money in the Bank qualifying match Sabu takes on Mr. Kennedy (Kennedy). Mr. McMahon makes his presence felt once again when he tells the ECW Originals what he thinks about them right to their faces in the middle of the squared circle. Then he stacks the deck against the ECW Originals all night as they're put in matches against their New Breed counterparts with the stipulation that they can't touch any officials in or around the ring or risk being fired. Hardcore Holly finally gets his Main Event push and enters a program with ECW World Champion Bobby Lashley only to be the second match of the night.

So it's come to this, Mr. McMahon is now part of the ECW canon and has decided to make some changes. Throughout the night we see Vince encounter various ECW originals backstage and engages in not so friendly banter with them. The infamous "You're that guy Sabu!" promo happens during this episode. Vince declares that everything about the original ECW SUCKS!!! Vince introduces his new vision for ECW starting with Elijah Burke which doesn't sit well with the ECW Originals.
