Don Berg is the Executive Director of Deeper Learning Advocates, which is on a mission to embed the psychology of learning in K-12 policy so that policy stops undermining learning. His expertise is in the psychology of motivation. It turns out that appropriate motivation is not a nice add-on for learning, it is a fundamental pre-requisite to the kind of learning we all want our children to do.
