There are a lot of tenants that are taking advantage of the system, which is not fair to the landlords that invest their time and money into their properties, only to to be overruled by a tenant who is being a deliquent ands not paying their rent. Nick advises the LTB (Landlord Tenant Board) to start moving their a** and do better.
