Happy Monday, Thieves! A recent guest introduced us to Ethan Tripp of Fermentery Form in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We fell in love with one of Ethan's beers and were eager to get him on the show.  It happened pretty quickly and we had a great chat with about his "brewing" processes and philosophies.
