On this show, Dr. Schutz interviews Anita Jo Intenzo, TV Personality who was featured and shared her story featured on the paranormal show, "A Haunting" (Season 7, Episode 12) (December 2014).  She is a classically trained fine artist, restoration specialist, and connected to genealogical and historical societies where she gives presentations, lectures, and appraisals.

In January 2009, Anita's life was changed when she was delegated the task of clearing out her deceased friend's property.  She is an author who wrote about her experiences (Book 1 = Estate of Horror, and Book 2 = Dark Transference. 

Anita has been a frequent guest on podcasts, radio, tv streaming network, and SKYPE shows.  She has also written blogs and articles for magazines on the paranormal.
