In November 2012, Accomack County in Virginia, US became the target for a serial arsonist. The community were terrified as night after night, local buildings would be set on fire for over four months. Over 80 fires were lit.

But then, in the early hours of April Fools Day 2013, the police found who was responsible. But why did they do it? Well, the answer to that would be one of the most bizarre that law enforcement ever heard....
