In this week’s episode of I Don’t Think We Talk Enough About I am delighted to welcome Kate Moyle. Kate is a psychosexual therapist and we had the most wonderful conversation around normalising conversations about sex. 

We dive into what is normal, how sex affects our mental health, the difference between intimacy and sex, assumptions around sex, debunking some of the myths, where to go to for help, as well as answering some of your questions on fantasy, cheating, and shame around sex.
