Over the last 12 years, 129 prisoners sentenced to 'life' have been released and then committed a further crime that earned them a second 'life' sentence in the UK.

Today we hear about the evil crimes of Stephen Robert Unwin and William McFall, who met in prison whilst serving life sentences for murders they committed in the 1990s. And when they were both released, they decided to live together... and kill together....
