Being a 'big deal', sometimes life gets too much for Stu. So he decided to invite the HCL gang to 'go get away from it all' and swim in some freezing cold rivers in Wales. Sadly Brad (films our lovely casts on Youtube) couldn't make it but Chris and Stu Mangan (aka SVNTY6/our producer) could! Not only that but good friend Tom Coles (film maker, photographer for Pip) wanted to join in on the adventure.

This is part five of a sixfold podcast, taking us along that adventure whilst doing listener top 5's and top 5's of our own, AND talking about the usual nonsense that dribbles through our mouths.

Be warned, we film in the car and in our little youth hostel where we stayed, we got a little drunk and ate lots of cheese.
