Ben and Randy discuss the program's development under Billy Napier's tenor so far at Florida. We analyze the changes that have occurred since his arrival 2 years ago and what is and isn't working thus far during his time as the head coach. We also discuss what is needed for future success under Napier in both the short and long term as well as what the ramifications are if we do not have a stellar 2024 season are for Billy in whether or not he remains at UF.
