Ben and Randy discuss the current level of heat on Billy's seat to remain the coach at UF. We discuss what happened during the season last year and how things got smoking hot for him during the early part of the season, but then cooled back off as the year went on with the team's improved performance. We also discuss what we think could influence the heat changing during the 2025 season with both the fan base and the administration as it relates to offensive execution and overall record.

Ben and Randy review 10 players for next season's roster and how we expect them to perform based on prior year stats and background. We review 5 players from the offense and 5 from the defense and discuss our outlook for their performance in 2025. We also review the offseason moves from the Portal God Todd as well as the returning starters coming back for a run at another title.

Randy and Ben discuss the past personnel decisions from the Napier era and how they have not always made sense based on what the film shows us. We discuss PFF ratings for multiple players that did or didn't start comparatively, and where they staff needs to improve. We also discuss the decisions we see as pivotal for the 2025 season and where we want to see the staff get it right for next year!!

We then review whether or not we believe this will happen based on the capability of the team and coaches, and what roadblocks we see to this occurring. Lastly, we discuss what it would mean to return to dominance next season and how that could affect Napier's impact/tenure as head coach.
