Happy Monday, Thieves! We're back for one final week in Colorado. This time we welcome Paul Arney of Ale Apothecary. His brewery in Bend, Oregon is, as the kids say, rustic as fuck. We totally geek out on his beers made by utilizing downed trees and foraged ingredients. 

Plus, we get into the business side of things a little bit as he talks about putting it all on the line to start his own brewery after a career spent working for others. Tune in and let us know what you think!
