On June 2, 2010, Derrick Bird went on to commit one of the deadliest mass shootings in UK history and no one really knows why. Growing up in a normal family, that included his twin brother, David, an older brother, and his 2 parents, nothing seemed out of the ordinary.  As an adult, he went on to have 2 children with his longtime girlfriend but she eventually left him. He went on to struggle for many years after that, but were his personal struggles the real reason why he killed 12 people that fateful day?
