This week, we talked about Michelle's mission to re-take a local legend title on one of her favorite Strava segments, her rekindled love for Crocs (in sport mode, preferably), and the end of her tortured relationship with Coros watches. There are good lessons in all of this--or at least in the last one--for all of us. We also discussed a recent obstacle to Erik's training, and we reviewed George's workout at a local altitude center.
