All of the foundational truths found in the Book of Genesis are crucial for us to understand, but none are more crucial than the foundational truths found in chapter 3. Chapter 3 of Genesis is where it all went wrong. It's where God's good and perfect creation was left reeling by sin.  Adam and Eve's life was absolutely perfect. Why couldn't they obey the one and only rule they were given by God? Why did God allow them to be tempted? Why did God banish Satan to the same planet where He created man knowing what the result of that would be? How is what happened in the Garden of Eden over 6,000 years ago still affecting us today?
