Hello, and welcome to another episode of the podcast. Today on the podcast, I want to discuss some favorite books about Irish food, cooking, and traditions. On Friday, March 17th, I cooked a traditional Irish meal as my mother always did, and it was then that I realized that her preparation of corned beef and cabbage every St. Patrick's Day was because of her Irish heritage and how my grandmother cooked and celebrated St. Patrick's Day.
