By day (or in the "tame" world), Cassandra Claman M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist with the Springfield Clinic with over 30 years of experience.  At other times, Cassandra (a.k.a. "bark lover") guides, leads and participates in "forest bathing"  or forest therapy derived from the Japanese practice of "shinrin yoku" which has its roots in Shinto and Zen Buddhism.  She is a certified Forest Therapy Guide (ANFT) and also has a Resilience in Nature (mindfulness based nature meditation) certification.
