Happy November D3 Nation! We have a great show for you today, Johnny "J Rock" Johnson joins the show to talk about his story, wrestling for legendary Coach David Icenhower, the growth of RAW 241, and more. J Rock found the sport of wrestling late but really came on strong, he was a 3x All-American for Trenton State, now known as The College of New Jersey, taking 4th, 2nd, and 3rd. He has mentored and coached some amazing wrestlers in the tri-state, PA-NJ-NY, area. Just an incredible competitor and student of the sport, enjoy!
