Welcome back to a very special episode as I am joined with one of the lovely ladies part of my TeamJP!

Meet Charlotte who has been with my since December 2019, lost an amazing 15kg which equates to 2.36 stone and 33lbs (if you were wondering)  In this episode we talk about Charlottes journey, her struggles with ME and how this effects her day to day life but how she has not let this get in the way of her results!

I want this episode to highlight to you all that you CAN get the results you want no matter what your circumstances. 

As Charlotte says in this episode "stop waiting for the universe to align and for the "perfect time" to start. Just start!"
