Whether you identify as an introvert or as an extrovert, you can build your networking skillset. Now don’t think that “networking” is a negative word; it’s not. Replace the word with “building relationships” instead. Does that feel more aligned with you? If so, give it a try! Reach out to at least five new people every week. Before you know it, you’ve expanded your orbit, and this is where the magic happens!

Find the win/win for everyone involved, and from these relationships amazing opportunities unfold for both parties. Think about what you can create together! A new music course, summer camp, composition, concert series, or…? The sky is the limit! Shoot for the moon! Even if you don’t reach it, that’s okay because you’ll land among the stars!
