We often hear about how businesses are trying to understand Millenials, but I got news for you, they are now hitting their 30's and thinking about settling down and getting caught up in responsibility the same as the rest of us.

Generation Z is anyone born after 1995, and they are the first generation to be surrounded by five screens that are the smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop and TV since they could walk.

The first wave of Gen Z will be arriving in the workplace, and they have very different ideas to Millenials, so I thought I would ask my son to appear on the podcast to try and get his insights on what his generation like and dislike about the latest tech trends.
