She advocates for teen mental wellness by advising foundations, appearing on TV and Radio shows, and writing for magazines. Coach Sheri also provides private coaching for teens and their parents who need help finding their inner joy, taming stress, claiming their confidence, and navigating friendships. Her latest program is The Mom Wise Club which is a supportive group for moms of middle and high school girls.
