Happy 2021, Thieves! We’ve made it across the line to a new year and we’re happy to share our first show with you. This week we’re welcoming Kevin Davey of Portland’s Wayfinder Beer to the show to talk about lagers, “Cold IPA’s”, and all things low-temp fermentation.
